Overview
Entry Level Accounts Assistant Salary: 23k bonus A world-renowned music company in London is looking for a junior accounts assistant to support day-to-day operations within the finance team. Key Responsibilities: Coding and authorisation of invoices through Uniport Processing and verification of Expenses. Payment reconciliations to SAP. Control level of unpaid invoices by liaising with departmental staff regarding any queries they may have on an invoice and encourage them not to delay in authorising. Production cost monitoring and reconciliation. Assisting Finance team in month end reporting (e.g. journal entry preparation, turnover reporting, accruals, overheads variance reports, variance investigation etc). General admin and ad-hoc projects, as required. Ideal candidate: Would suit someone who has completed their AAT and dedicated to a career in finance Desire to work in Music Industry. Strong IT skills - Excel experience essential. Ability to work as part of team or on own. Able to cope well under pressure and to manage own workload.
