They are now looking for a brilliant contract Resource & Assurance Demand Planner To drive the efficient and effective deployment and utilisation of people against project demand To deploy the right capability, capacity and availability of people against the right things at the right time. What You will do Create from scratch the framework, tooling and processes to ensure resources are optimised across all teams, assigning resources as their skills, competency and availability dictates Help improve current estimating and sizing practices and make these more globally consistent across a range of teams and solutions Generate a single, transparent view of demand, that helps us make better decisions based on the big picture Provide insights and data on the utilisation and performance of people, projects and programmes Your Skills Knowledge of Software engineering and methods (Agile & SCRUM methodology) Work closely with Software Development teams Cloud and Infrastructure knowledge Personal influence and communication skills Ideally of knowledge on Enterprise Architecture (eg.
