Overview

Resource Manager required by a quickly expanding and award-winning Global Data Company based in Cheshire. A great opportunity for a professional with proven experience in forecasting, business implementation and relationship management. The Resource Manager will work closely with stakeholders, Directors and Recruiters to ensure strategic hiring and business continuity.They will be working with multiple departments and making the decision on why and when the company is looking to hire as well as providing the recruitment forecast to ensure optimum business and work flow. The Resource Manager will be adept in the use of Excel and will preferably have held a similar role within a large global company. The Resource Manager position would suit a professional who has had success with implementing a workforce management tool within their previous or current role and will be able to transition those skills.
