Overview

EMEA Finance Manager Manufacturing/Cost Accounting Working for one of the most recognisable and highly respected organisations in the world, and a global leader in Life Sciences. You will be part of a dynamic and progressive finance team, with responsibility for providing accounting services, business analytics and reporting for 22 countries and over 4BN of sales across the EMEA region. Key focuses of the role will include team management, continuous improvement and a troubleshooting mindset, and has come about due to an internal promotion. Location: Wokingham Salary: 65,000-75,000 DOE 15% Bonus Responsibilities: Bring synergies across the group with E2E Manufacturing accounting support, identify, explore and deliver continual process improvements, Participate in projects and motivate changes. Promote best practices Lead a mid-size teams to provide financial expertise on all aspects of manufacturing accounting and analysis ensuring compliance and business Working closely with the other business support teams across the 10 EAME manufacturing plants. Build and maintain positive relationships with Regional Supply Chain organization and local teams across EMEA Ensure accounting accuracy for Gross Inventory, Inventory Reserves, Direct GRIR, Manufacturing Variances and OCNIS (Other Costs Not In Standard) Accurate and timely month-end reporting. Meet all corporate and regional deadlines Champion an environment of teamwork, innovation and sharing of ideas.
