Customer Service Advisor / Internal Accounts Manager - Downham Market - 17,000/20,000 ALH Recruitment are looking to recruit Internal Account Manager positions for our client based in Downham Market, who continue to lead their industry. You’ll be joining a lively and driven team, with a very strong work ethic. This role provides a great opportunity to learn the business and engage with your customer base, whilst managing Internal Accounts. Responsibilities Manage Internal Accounts and customer expectations by providing a fantastic customer service, whilst answering a high volume of calls per day. Determine customer requirements and identify the best solution in line with company processes and procedures Always looking for opportunities to up sell and ensure the customer is fully aware of all products/services.
