Overview
General Manager, Hornchurch I am keen to speak with experienced candidates who have worked in either a General Manager role or Production/Operations Manager position previously in a Production environment. I have a great opportunity in a well established and growing business based in Hornchurch. This post will work closely with the Senior Management team within the company and you will need to be experienced reporting directly in to Director level. Key Duties listed below: Establish and maintain effective, open and transparent professional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders Communicating the risk and benefit of various scenarios and propose effective resolutions Develop and utilise data to achieve results and efficiency's Produce detailed high quality commercial reports Ensure the delivery of results through the effective planning and management of resources Management of staff and communicate business plans and drive the team forward positively Ensuring the teams personal learning and development, reporting back to the HR Manager where required Deliver a commercially focused service in line with SLA's, Client budgetary requirements and tendered requirements Candidate requirements: Excellent communication skills with experience within negotiation and influencing Managerial experience within a production environment Be great at problem solving and have a forward thinking attitude Proven time management skills and experience working to deadlines Financially and commercially astute The ability to lead and motivate a team Good knowledge of IT systems - Highly experienced using MS Excel Monday-Friday, 55-65k salary dependant on experience I work closely with this organisation and will be able to provide you with more information on company culture and vision, so please do get in touch with Kate on the Huntress Chelmsford number if you have any questions ahead of applying.
