Overview

£45,000 Per Annum plus a 10% Car Allowance Business Mileage Flexible Working. Your new company You will be playing a key part in the growth of an already established property service who deliver services to core clients including numerous Councils throughout the North along with other carefully selected key public and private sector clients. The company you will be working for take a positive approach to the delivery of their client's regeneration objectives and key strategic projects, along with management of their core operational and commercial estate in order to maximise returns, stimulate economic activity and deliver income targets. Your new role This role will have a key focus on delivering: Valuation Viability Regeneration work Develop the pipeline for future work You will be reporting to the Head of Property as appropriate, the post holder will be responsible for securing and delivering a range of property services including: Regeneration Projects CPO Valuations Lettings & Marketing Landlord & Tenant Acquisitions Disposals Property Management You will have excellent communication skills, enthusiasm and determination. What you'll need to succeed Professional qualifications - a degree in a property or related discipline, and a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) with a minimum of five years post qualification experience. A proven track record with excellent sales skills, confidence in client facing situations, able to influence and convince, and the ability to build client relationships Experience of operating in a public sector environment. Experience of delivering strategic land disposals and high profile regeneration projects. Knowledge of the CPO process. Experience of the key issues and processes relating to property management and valuation Detailed knowledge of Landlord and Tenant Issues and Case Law. Experience of using a wide range of valuations methods and purposes and interpreting deeds, leases etc. Able to present written and verbal reports to clients, strong prioritisation and time management skills, & able to meet deadlines. Computer literate with an understanding of valuation software, GIS and asset management databases Good communication skills and the ability to work in a busy environment as a member of a team with a positive, enthusiastic attitude to work. The ability to exercise own initiative, and to demonstrate a self-motivated and confident approach to personal development Must possess a full driving licence What you'll get in return You will be based out of the Blackburn office although travelling may be required to other offices or Client offices. You will receive a salary of £45,000 per annum, a car allowance of 10% and business mileage. You will be working 37.5 hours per week which includes flexible working, you will also have the opportunity to work from home the odd day when necessary.
