Our client is looking for Sales Business Development
Responsibilities
· Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer ratings
· Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions
· Develop new sales areas and improving sales through various methods
· Drive expansion, and grow Sales Channels including retail and online channels, serving as the primary
relationship manager for both internal and external entities.
· Manage Sales channels ensuring optimal use of real estate and end to end customer relationship management,
including strategically liaising with Technical Team and Compliance in matters pertaining to Retailer applications.
· Define targets and closely manage sales channels (including retail and online), along with product sales
performance to ensure targets, provide insight on trends, issues, and activities.
· Leads on the introduction of new products and approves the content of marketing, and promotional material,
along with the deployment of same.
· Works with Agents to ensure proper execution of promotions/sponsorships, including obtaining approvals,
ensuring end to end communications, activations, and evaluations.
· Report on competitor landscape, including competitor activities and offerings, on a timely basis.
· Ensure ‘on-ground’ training for various elements of the Sales Channel, as necessary.
· Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales channel and product performance.
Qualifications
Degree in Social Sciences, particularly Business Management, Marketing, Economics, Communications, or related discipline
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Sales, Account Management, or Business Development environment
· Excellent Networking Skills
· Ability to provide effective presentations and reports
· Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office suites
