Overview
The ONE Group are currently partnering with a leading business based in North Cambridge who are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their busy team on a 6 fixed term contract. Our client has excellent onsite facilities and on-site parking, they are also easily accessible via public transport. The business partners support the business providing finance and support with key decision making, the right candidate will provide support and analysis and to be a trusted advisor to the organisation. The main duties of the role are as follows - - Challenge operational management to drive financial performance - Take ownership of implementation and financial adherence with the finance operating model. - Be responsible for all the preparation and consolidation of all budgeting and forecasting - Perform and deliver cost allocation and engage with the business the premises of the allocation. - Benchmark against competitors and peer companies ensuring the service line is competitive and employing best practice. - Ensure reported financials are appropriate for key review by performing regular budget year to date actual vs budget per - Contribute to the development and implementation of strategy and decision making. You must be qualified ACCA or CIMA and have proven business partnering exposure, you must be commercially minded and effective in managing relationships with numerous stakeholders.
