Overview
THE COMPANY: Brewster Partners are excited to be working with a leading manufacturing business in Rotherham who have been established over 35 years. The Executive Assistant to the MD is a brand new role within the organisation and we are looking for a dynamic, driven and experienced candidate who has worked in a similar role, ideally within manufacturing/industrial environment. This is a dual roles, where in addition to your EA duties, you will oversee the internal sales team of 3 in shaping and developing the processes to drive the success of the business forward in partnership with the management team. THE JOB: As the Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for a wide range of operational duties, working closely with the MD. Duties & Responsibilities include: Managing the MD's diary and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to make business decisions Heading up the sales and dispatch team, providing coaching and on the job assistance, to ensure that order processing targets and operational processes are adhered to 'Best Practice' Managing an internal sales team of 3, leading and motivating, providing an inclusive team approach Providing technical and product specific support to team members within the function Take control of internal sales, customer service and operation processes; making improvements where necessary Representing Customer Service at divisional board meetings Marketing support, website and digital Conducting root cause analysis and provide ongoing recommendations/solutions Supporting all team members to achieve their KPI's THE PERSON: This is a fantastic opportunity for an experience Internal Sales Office Manager to take ownership of this newly established role.
