Job Title: Insight Executive Salary: £Desirable Location: Rotherham OVERVIEW - A great opportunity for an experienced Insight professional to join a well-established, market leading and successful business in Rotherham. - You will be part of a team of 3, speaking to customers to understand product information and customer insight to help move the business forward. - You will be a strong communicator both internally and externally and must be confident in ability to work with the Insight team to come up with new and innovative ideas. - The company are offering a desirable salary which is dependent on experience, working hours of 9 - 5, 25 days 8 stats the option to purchase 5 extra, onsite parking, 5% pension, £20 gym fund and free daily fruit. THE ROLE: - Work with multiple Managers and Directors within the business to understand the requirements and information needed. - Communicate with existing customers to understand what the feedback is and overall customer Insight. - Question appropriately to gather appropriate information. - Present findings to stakeholders so they can decide next steps. THE CANDIDATE: - It is essential to have previous Insight experience to be able to be competent in the role. - Able to paint a clear picture of findings to Managers and confident in presenting and relaying the information. - Strong communicator and relationship builder. - Knowledgeable and able to express new Insight techniques. - Be driven to drive the newly established team in the right direction. - Possess common sense and a positive work ethic.
