Overview
A Private Client Chartered Legal Executive or non-qualified fee earner is required to handle a mixed Private Client caseload at a top South Yorkshire firm in Rotherham. Are you currently managing a caseload and maybe looking at a firm where you can advance your career? If so this may be the role for you. Joining the highly regarded team, you would be picking up a caseload of private client matters predominantly consisting of wills and probate, with some trust and court of protection work. The firm are looking for an individual who is ideally a Chartered Legal Executive and STEP qualified, however will still consider unqualified fee earners. You must have prior experience of handling your own caseload of private client work, and be able to hit the ground running.
