Overview
Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting a Sales Executive on behalf of a leading engineering company based in Rotherham. Reporting to the Sales Manager you will be responsible for targeting and bringing on board new customers & sales opportunities, as well as further developing current business relations. Sales Executive responsibilities will include: - Generate enquiries and quotes and convert to orders - Develop new and existing customer relationships - Play an integral part in establishing, maintaining and growing the customer base - Identify Business Development opportunities - Work closely with the operations team (lead times and production updates) - Identify where sales can be maximised through gap analysis - Develop and implement a sales strategy - Significant international travel, ensuring customers are supported at trade associations - Relationship building to create high service levels and increase revenue on current accounts To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience: - Engineering or machining experience - Ability to learn and communicate about technical subjects - Brand ambassador at industry trade shows and exhibitions - The ability to work collaboratively with the wider business - Proven success of selling within a manufacturing environment - Strong commercial acumen If you want to discuss this position in more detail, please call Rachel Littlewood at Elevation Recruitment Group.
