Overview
HR Business Partner Duties: Support and liaise with Managers on career development/ performance management, occupational health, employee relations, policy interpretation and application. Work alongside the external HR provider Deliver and share HR best practice. Ensure correct skill sets are available by resource planning in order to support business objectives. Support from an employment law perspective Experience using Excel HR Business Partner Skills and knowledge: CIPD desirable Strong knowledge of employment law Experience within a similar HR role Able to build strong relations with colleagues and peers Ability to multi task and efficient in being able to prioritise tasks Must be eligible for security clearance Barclay Meade acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers and is part of Gattaca Plc.
