Finance Executive As part of a large global multibillion dollar, privately owned business, grown over many years within a niche market and producing a broad spectrum of Domestic, Commercial and Industrial materials our client with a divisional office located in Reigate, Surrey, are actively looking to recruit a Finance Executive to manage the divisions Management Accounts. Answering to the working closely and reporting to the Finance Manager and Operations Director, the Finance Executive will using NetSuite the Company’s designated Finance CRM system for which, training will be given, the principal accountabilities of the Finance Executive will be to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data held on the general ledger system on a daily basis reviewing cash movement and routinely querying and posting those transactions. In support you will be required to: - Entering AP Bills on Netsuite Applying Customer Payments in Netsuite LiaisewithHQforVendorPaymentProcessing Manage the Dunning Process on a dailybasis Entermonthlyaccountsjournals supplied by Finance teammembers Providing summary data on costs using ledger and other information sources Preparemonthlyreconciliationsformaterialbalancesheetaccounts Update the general ledger, overseeing the purchaseledger Responding to queries from the Business and Finance Manager in a timely and accurate manner you will be expected to develop a strong understanding of the NetSuite general ledger system that’s for both the expense and billing modules. For this role the successful candidate will:- Be educatedtoGCSELevel:A-CinMath’sandEnglishasaminimumrequired Have an Accounting qualification AAT or above Have experience of working within a finance team Have an eye for accuracy and detail Possess the ability to work well under pressure and to set time scales Have proven Excel and Microsoft office experience Ideally, thou not essentially, have good CRM NetSuite user experience Working Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30 pm you will subject to experience be paid between £25k and £30k and will be entitled to a full package of statutory entitlements and benefits.
