Overview
A key client of mine is looking to recruit a Payroll & Finance Administrator for their friendly office in Reigate. They are looking to expand their Head Office team with this newly created Payroll & Finance Administrator position which reports into the HR Manager. With just over 800 employees we require the following experience Duties: Polite and helpful resolution of telephone queries and requests Calculation, checking and data entry related to payroll requests Data entry of P45’s, starter and leaver forms Pension administration queries Pension payments Administration of manual payments Review and validation of pre-commit payroll data using the in-house payroll system and Excel Engagement with employees and stakeholders and providing a high level of customer satisfaction Ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries and pensions Delivering a payroll service in line with the companies policy and procedures. Hours: 9.00am - 5.30pm
