Lead Pensions Administrator - DB Schemes Birmingham Up to £35,000 A leading UK Pensions Consultancy, who are growing at a rapid rate, have an excellent career opportunity for a highly experienced Pensions Administrator to take the lead on a number of DB schemes. Specifics of the role will include: Taking a proactive and efficient approach to a portfolio of clients, acting as the primary contact and building lasting relationships Assisting with work flow management and deputising for the Team Leader in their absence Involvement with recruitment and staff appraisals Providing technical and administrative support to the Administration Manager when required Handling complex pensions queries and pensions consultative advice Complex manual benefits calculations Overseeing and reviewing the completion of the annual renewal, trustee reports and accounts Managing annual and ad-hoc projects ensuring that objectives and timescales are achieved in an efficient and effective manner Providing training and support to colleagues where necessary Taking a proactive approach to improving service delivery, processes and procedures stemming from the company’s approach in encouraging new ideas and innovation.
