Overview
Totally Recruitment Ltd are seeking a Customer Service Executive to work on behalf of a well-established Engineering/Manufacturing company based in Tysley, Birmingham. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for front-line customer service interaction with customers from the UK and America. You will be in contact with customers on a regular basis handling general enquires such as: delivery times, order status and updates/changes to orders. You will also be responsible for certain aspects of quoting and basic design functions. Duties: Develop positive relationships with customers Maintain a tracking log of calls Assisting with quotes and design functions Liaising with other departments in the business to ensure information shared with the customer is accurate Investigating customer complaints, warranty claims and returns Participate in continuous improvement Creating and maintaining reports Assisting in the development of reports for quarterly management reviews Requirements: Excellent communication skills written and verbal Able to analyse problems, detect root causes and resolve issues Computer literate and proficient with all Microsoft Office The ability to self-prioritise workload Previous engineering customer service experience is required Basic engineering skills and the ability to read basic designs Working Hours: Monday - Friday 1pm till 10pm To apply for the above Customer Service Executive role, please click apply and follow the application process.
