Overview

Adecco Recruitment are currently recruiting for a professional and enthusiastic Business Improvement Manager to join our client's customer service team based in the Morecambe area. The successful applicant will be tasked with utilising our client's new CRM system and diving into service level analysis to identify areas of room for improvement and supporting suggestions/solutions. You will be working with the Team Managers and reporting into National Customer Sales Manager. This role is ideal for someone with a customer service background who has previous experience in setting KPI's etc and solid Project Management skills. The role To assist the National Customer Services Manager ensuring that all customer requirements are identified and transferred either into SAP system or recorded manually. Ensure the smooth running and delivery of projects within the department. Providing an overview of all projects throughout the year. Be the escalation point for Projects, working with the key stake-holders to deliver tangible results within expected timelines Working with the NSM, Sales Coordinators and Team Leaders to continually develop the Customer Service policies and standards. To include creating and maintaining a training plan applicable to all Sales Coordinators, reviewing and updating our procedures, working to targets/standards set by NCSM and coordinating handover cover Together with the Senior Sales Coordinators and Team Leaders, identify training needs for team members and ensure that training is completed. Liaise with relevant departments with regard to availability, transport and documentation to ensure that customer requirements can be met in full. To ensure that all Sales Co-ordinator-related NCR and complaints are handled within SLA's and both corrective and preventative actions are put in place To ensure that all invoices and credit notes are raised and dispatched promptly, and in line with the Invoicing Procedure. To cover the service team during sickness and holidays. To ensure that general administration is accurately completed or issued on a timely basis. This includes issuing company literature and Duty of Care packs. To be prepared to travel outside office hours to customer meetings and overnight stays as necessary What our client offers? What we need to take your application to the next step 2 year's customer service experience strategic/project management experience understanding of legislation (within scope of role) Experience of using SAP and/or working in the Waste industry would be advantageous. Desirable Skills: Leadership skills - 2 years' experience in managing a team High level of computer literacy Logical approach to problem solving and decision making Be able to motivate self and team Be able to think, communicate and present information effectively Ensure customers receive a professional service at all times.
