3 month Credit Control job | Chester | Global organisation | Part time or Full time hours accommodated Your new company I am currently working in partnership with a global manufacturing business based in Chester to recruit a motivated Credit Controller on a 3 month basis to cover a period of maternity leave. Working in a team of two, reporting to the Financial Controller, you will have sole responsibility managing the credit control function supporting positive cash flow. Your new role Chasing debtors (multi-currency) via telephone and email ensuring all communications are recorded Setting up new accounts including obtaining credit reports and maintaining current records on accounts using Credit Safe Generating credit notes Maintenance of spreadsheets Preparing intra-stat reports Bank reconciliations and cash receipt allocations Additional duties as and when required to support the wider finance team Systems include: SAP (not essential) and Microsoft Office. What you'll need to succeed You will have 2 years recent experience supporting a credit control function. Time management and excellent communication skills will be key to your success in this role. You will be a team player and able to liaise with internal departments to achieve a desired outcome. Due to the urgency of this role you must be available immediately or at a weeks notice.
