Overview
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced credit controller to join a vibrant, growing business in the heart of Chester city centre Joining a small, fun filled team you will work with your colleague to ensure debtors are managed effectively. As an experienced credit controller, you will have knowledge of how the debtor’s processes work and will be confident in managing these lists to ensures monies are received in line with payment terms. Other duties of the role will include; Working within a small team of credit controllers Working closely with your client’s internal contact to ensure debtors list is maintained and up to date Utilising your strong customer service calls to ensure relationships are developed and maintained Using internal bespoke systems to correlate data A high level of call volumes to clients will be part of this role The successful candidate will have the following skills and/or experience; Previous credit control experience ideally within an invoice finance business although other industries will be considered Strong customer service skills and the ability to build relationships The ability to pick new computer systems quickly An excellent telephone manor This client is offering the successful candidate an excellent remuneration of between £20,000 - £22,000 per annum dependant on experience, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, a monthly bonus scheme and the ability to progress within a growing business who will support your aspirations.
