Technical Support Engineer Cardiff £25,000 - £30,000 Performance Bonus Training Progression Pension Holiday Are you looking for a varied and interesting role where you will deal directly with clients and have a direct impact in the success of a business? They have gone from strength to strength and plan to double their last year target. In this role you will be taking technical calls and emails from the business that the products are supplied into. You will be providing technical support and troubleshooting on a range of equipment, and if not possible to remedy, arranging service engineers to go to the client site. The ideal candidate will have been in a technical support role, or similar and have a technical understanding or background in engineering, technical or similar. Customer satisfaction will be at the forefront of your mind. THE ROLE: Technical troubleshooting on wide range of products. Fielding technical queries by phone and email. Working directly with companies. Arranging service engineers to fix problems.
