Overview
Exciting opportunity for a Programme Test Manager to join our clients Data/BI practice on a permanent basis. This is an award-winning team and are looking to add additional headcount to ensure they continue to drive their technical strategy to deliver highest standard of products and digital experiences to their customers. As the Programme Test Manager, you will take accountability and ownership for all matters testing and quality assurance related across the Data/BI platform. You will define the strategy and approach with the Testing team on how to approach to cover Unit Testing, System Testing, Non-Functional Testing, Regression as well as Operational Acceptance Tests (and a lot more). You’ll provide leadership to the Test Analysts within your group as well as be managing 3rd party supplier teams who help us to deliver this platform. Your job is to ensure that the test methods, processes and plans are robust and the system is able to be pushed to allow the highest performance. Experience & Skills Required Experienced Programme Test Manager with experience of delivering automation testing initiatives. Demonstratable experience of working on Data Warehousing project Experience of working with Google Cloud (GCP) or Aws or Azure Ideally experience of QlikView or alternate data tools i.e. PowerBI etc. Successful track record of leading and managing test & QA Teams Strong 3rd Party Vendor Management experience Developed robust test strategies on large complex enterprise scale systems TDD experience SQL experience Implementation of Automation Frameworks. Experience of collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visual Studio etc. Experience of Agile/Waterfall environments.
