Overview
Robert Half Finance and Accounting are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join a PR agency based in Covent Garden on a temporary basis. This role will be for 3-6 months initially with the possibility for extension. The role will be paying up to £14.00 per hour paye holiday pay. ( depending on experience) Duties Include: Process invoices accurately and promptly Match supplier invoices to purchase orders Ensuring that all invoices are approved Liaising with suppliers to ensure timely processing of invoices Reviewing invoice register and investigating old unapproved invoices Dealing with supplier queries Dealing with other AP queries Assisting weekly payment runs Skills & Experience: Typically at least 1 years Accounts Payable experience Good verbal and written communication skills Able to use initiative If this role is of interest please apply online ASAP.
