Overview
Inbound Customer Service Advisor Permanent Wage: £9.20 p/h (£1p/h extra paid on weekends) Hours: Shift pattern either; 4 on 4 off 12pm - 10pm (33.25 hours) 4 on 4 off 1pm - 11pm (33.25 hours) (Choose either shift) Armthorpe, Doncaster Are you somebody who has a proven track record of providing Grade A customer service? The Role As a Inbound Customer Service Advisor, you will be receiving a large volume of inbound calls from customers to help out with general enquiries and service. You will be expected to take ownership of each query first time to prevent repeated calls. You should be able to adapt to the needs of each individual and provide a satisfactory outcome to all enquiry's and complaints. The role is completely inbound and will involve all aspects of customer service, you must have extensive experience working within a customer service job previously for your application to be considered as a Inbound Customer Service Advisor. The Person Recognises what an excellent customer service is. Have good communication skills both written and verbal. Be able to resolve problems quickly using initiative within a pressurised environment. Be able to interpret data and communicate this confidently, clearly and concisely. Be attentive to detail. Be able to deliver an excellent level of customer service.
