Role: Delivery Consultant – Progress to Account Manager – Corporate Governance Desk Located: Liverpool Street, City of London Salary: £23-32,000 Commission My client was founded in 2008 and is widely recognised as a leading provider of recruitment solutions. Location: City of London Divisions: UK & Europe Market Areas: Corporate Governance: Audit (70%), Risk & Compliance (30%) Client Examples: Deutsche Bank, Lloyds Banking Group, RaboBank, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Heineken, Carlsberg, Grant Thornton, HSBC The Role: The focus of the role will be the delivery of contract & permanent staff within the Corporate Governance arena – 70% of the work is permanent. You will work closely with existing clients through current senior team members until you are in a position to manage current client relationships directly, if so desired. You will be expected to attend client meetings and briefing calls when needed & also expand the client relationships. You will be responsible for finding, selecting & engaging with a niche talent pool of candidates using a variety of techniques that include advertising, database searching, professional networking sites with a focus on LinkedIn & Xing. You will also become an expert at gaining referrals and head-hunting which is where most of our placeable candidates are found. You will help prepare candidates for interviews and will be expected to manage subsequent job offers to closure. You will contribute to the positive, team-orientated company environment.
