Payroll & Benefits Specialist Payroll & Benefits Specialist - London - £55000 Bonus A very cool media style company based in the West End are seeking to hire a Payroll & Benefits Specialist who has strong expertise on the benefits side. You would be responsible for the coordination and administration of the Group's UK monthly payrolls covering c. 900 staff across multiple agencies. Working closely with relevant HR partners and Central Finance as well as the newly appointed payroll vendor. The post-holder is responsible for the management of all employee benefits, ensuring timely registrations and tracking benefits payments, renewals and benefits related projects. The successful applicant will have experience of running multiple payrolls from start to finish with confidence to advise on benefits structures. Previous salary sacrifice experience is essential.
