Overview
We are currently recruiting for an expanding company who are recruiting for a Technical Service Analyst in the Brighton and Hove area. The role will be managing existing clients; providing technical assistance by helping in product implementation. Full training will be offered. For this role, you must have strong Computing/SQL/BI skills. Responsibilities: Be the named Client Services Analyst for your assigned accounts. Act as an effective escalation point, coordinating with our internal operational teams as required for your clients. Hold regular meetings with your customers to report service delivery metrics Measure and report the health and satisfaction levels of your accounts Identify sales opportunities and upselling service offerings Onboard new customers. Promote upcoming software enhancements, products, services. Skills Required: Background in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or Business related field Strong negotiation and relationship building skills Strong understanding of IT technology concepts, software architectures, MS products, development tools, etc. Excellent communication, problem solving and critical thinking skills Experience in a relevant industry By registering with Adecco you will benefit from the support of a dedicated and experienced Recruitment Consultant, have access to variety interviewing techniques, regular updates of the local employment market and consistent feedback on all applications.
