Overview
A startup within a well-established business that was founded in 2001 has recently released a greenfield app to promote a healthy mental state for young people. This Technical Implementation Consultant role will see you exclusively work with this part of the business. You will work as an integral part of the Client Success Team and will work closely with their clients, alongside both the sales and client success teams - pre-sale, throughout client implementation, and beyond. You will also be an essential link between our Client Success and Product and Development teams, ensuring that the process of setting up clients and integrating their data is as friction-free as possible You will help decision-makers and technical contacts at universities understand the need for, benefits of, and workings of our clients' platform. This will encompass presentations to groups of senior decision makers as well as to 1 to 1 conversations with engineers and analysts.
