CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISORS REQUIRED FOR AN IMMEDIATE START BASED NEAR COVENTRY £17,000 PER ANNUM EXCELLENT BENEFITS 25 DAYS HOLIDAY PER ANNUM FREE PARKING My client is a well-known national business and due to a recent expansion, they are now looking to recruit 2 Customer Service Advisors on a permanent basis. The role will offer excellence on the front line to customers and help expedite their orders as speedily as efficiently as possible and will help investigate and deal with queries or complaints in a professional manner. [ The role ] - To achieve individual, team and Company Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) - Promptly answer all incoming departmental calls, emails and post - Respond to customer queries relating to products and liaise with the Stock Controller as necessary - Liaise with other departments within the Company and Management where necessary - Contact all first time customers to build a good business relationship - Create, maintain and update customer database - Contact customers for re-orders and to chase outstanding orders to maintain a good business relationship - Produce quotations for existing customers when required - Answer, to the customer's satisfaction any questions or queries as quickly and efficiently as possible, all queries to be responded to within one hour of receipt - Investigate all queries and complaints, incorrect goods received, non-deliveries and damaged goods and rectify to customer's satisfaction - Follow up all queries and complaints through to satisfactory conclusion to both customer and company - Investigate late and non-delivery of customer orders with nominated carrier and obtain E.T.A. (estimated time of arrival) for customer - Returns are raised and all details recorded on the Returns system [ Person and skills required ] - Previous Customer Service experience ideally in an office environment - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Good IT skills - Positive and enthusiastic approach - Ability to work under pressure whilst delivering the best possible service If you believe you have the skills/experience for this exciting role please apply ASAP
