Overview
Fawkes and Reece have been approached by a Residential Developer who have an requirement for a Technical Manager to work on a New Build Residential projects initial period of 3 months however, this is likely to extend into a long term contract . The role will be based at our client's main office in Swanley, Kent. They have several projects that exceed 300 units and they also have a strong pipeline for further projects around the Kent, Surrey and Sussex regions They now require a capable Technical Manager to help with increased worked loads and help to meet tight deadlines. For this Technical Manager role, you will have been involved with several large new build residential projects with either a main contract or Residential Developer.
