Overview
Our client, a highly successful accountancy practice, is seeking a confident and organised Secretary to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join this growing accountancy firm for someone with a minimum of 5 years' experience within a Secretarial role, who is now looking for their next career move. This Secretary position is based in the City of London and hours of work will be 9.15 am - 5.15 pm. Working alongside a team of Secretaries, the main responsibilities for this Secretary are: Diary Management Answering telephones and screen/ transfer calls Assisting with typing/ formatting of documents Audio typing/ transcribing from Digital Dictation Arranging internal and external meetings and conference calls Minute taking for both internal and external meetings Proof reading of documents Co- ordinate travel, assist with billing and complete expenses We are looking for Secretaries who have: Previous Secretarial/ PA experience within a corporate environment Advanced MS Office skills Digital dictation experience Excellent proof reading and typing skills The ability to communicate effectively at all levels The ability to work with strong attention to detail, grammar and spelling The ability to work on own initiative and manage own workload May & Stephens Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
