Thank you. __________________________________________________________________ A well-established bank, based in the City is looking for a temporary Team Secretary to provide comprehensive support to a busy team of Directors Responsibilities Organising various meetings, conference calls and video-conferences Extensive and often complex diary management Reconciling expenses and claims promptly Creating and amending various reports and presentations Frequent liaison with overseas offices, clients and senior management, building relationships at all levels Organising client hospitality – lunches & dinners etc. Extensive and often complex global travel arrangements Preparing detailed itineraries including visas Gatekeeping – screening/actioning emails and calls Requirements Previous Team Secretary experience ideally gained within Banking, Financial Services or Professional Services Adaptable and flexible working attitude Ability to manage and prioritise a heavy and varied workload to a high standard True team player approach, happy to work closely & cover other Assistants within collaborative working environment Proactive attitude Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Meticulous attention to detail Strong MS Office skills
