Overview
Based in South East London, we are currently working with an expanding organisation that is looking to use the services of an Accounts Payable Assistant for 2 months as a temporary worker. Reporting to the Finance Manager the role will involve processing a backlog of purchase invoices, reconciling supplier statements, dealing with multi site cost centres and assisting with information to prepare BACS and Payment runs. The role is forecasted to last for 2 months and will then be reviewed. You must have used an ERP system like SAP, Oracle, Dynamics or Navision etc and be used to multi site cost centres when previously working as a Purchase Ledger/ Accounts Payable// Bought Ledger Assistant.
