Client Details One of the UK's largest commercial companies looking to add a maintenance technician to their developing business. Description PPMs Reactive maintenance Fabric maintenance General building maintenance Basic Electrical Basic Plumbing (Taps, toilets, PVC pipework etc.) AHU / FCU basic servicing (filters etc.) Fire alarm testing Emergency light testing Bell tests Profile The successful candidate will: Have commercial building maintenance experience Be an experienced maintenance technician Be Multi-skilled Work well as part of a team Computer literate Ability to take charge where applicable Good communication skills Health and Safety aware Proactive Job Offer Competitive salary Benefits Package Pension Overtime Progression Medical insurance
