They are now searching for an Associate to join their thriving London office. Consequently, they deliver in a way that others do not and have gained an excellent reputation within the industry. The Role Associate position based on research, networking and consultancy. You will develop core business skills such as project and relationship management, commercial awareness and qualitative researching skills. You will also learn how to successfully deliver client projects from start to end working alongside Partners and Principals, and how to maintain a flourishing network. Upon joining, you will receive expert training and be assigned a mentor to ensure your transition into the company is seamless. The Requirements This is a truly exciting role for an intelligent and driven graduate who has a ?passion for people, process and problem-solving. There are certain requirements we use to shortlist candidates, including (but not limited to): Bachelor's degree - a 2:1 or above from a top university Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a close team atmosphere, but also manage projects independently Leadership qualities, positive energy, and the ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment The Perks You will be joining an energetic, growing team that rewards hard work through generous bonus structures, rapid promotion, development, regular social events, opportunities for global travel and a flourishing and dynamic office environment.
