International Membership Engagement Coordinator £30,305 - £36,110 Full time, 35 hours per week Permanent London This is an exciting, new opportunity to support the Membership Team through the delivery of excellent relationships with key international stakeholder groups in the UK and globally, notably the International Representative Committees (IRCs) and Liaison Groups (LGs). About the role In this varied role, you will provide high-quality stakeholder engagement, supporting the coordination and implementation of projects, whilst ensuring strong governance processes are followed. You will be responsible for delivering agreed international stakeholder engagement activity projects, providing representation and support from inception to completion. An effective communicator, you will work closely with the College’s Chief Executive, Vice Presidents and Executive Directors, to facilitate excellent coordination of the international activity sheet and maintenance of the international status of country positioning briefs. You will possess high quality customer service skills, acting as the first point of contact for international membership groups, liaising with colleagues to provide updates and guidance. About you As the ideal candidate, you will have: Degree level education or equivalent experience Experience of working with senior stakeholders International experience and awareness of the challenges and opportunities of working across a global network Strong interest in international engagement Benefits As an important member of the team, you will be located in our brand new, bespoke offices in London Bridge.
