Events Business Administrator - North Bristol - £19,500 pa Are you looking for an entry-level events role? Then this opportunity might just be what you have been looking for We are seeking an Events Assistant for our member organisation client based in North Bristol. This is an entry-level role that would be a fantastic opportunity for a graduate looking to get a foot on the ladder in an events position. Overview The Events Business Administrator will assist to the whole Events team, including Sponsorship & Exhibitions and Corporate Relations, with operational administration to support the delivery of all contract client events. Working to achieve an exceptional level of support to the team in compliance with all company procedures. Main duties will involve Supporting the Event Managers and Event Executives in all administration aspects to include but not limited to contracting, invoicing, purchase orders, updating event budgets, responding to day to day customer queries where relevant, completing supplier forms, maintaining database delegate registration systems, and updating reports as required Supporting with the production of Event materials to include Event programme books and delegate badges Supporting the SPEX Manager and Corporate Relations team in all administration aspects to include but not limited to processing sales orders, contracting, invoicing, responding to day to day customer queries where relevant, completing supplier forms, maintaining sales databases across sales channels and updating reports as required Managing and administering the cross-client membership processing and payments Assisting with telesales programmes as and when required Handling delegate, speaker, staff, officers, exhibitors and all suppliers in a professional manner Communicating with internal and external clients as needed and ensuring that an exceptional level of service is delivered. Demonstrate a good level of communication with team members and other departments, in particular in liaising with the finance department to ensure all financial matters are completed appropriately Attending onsite as required What are we looking for?
