Overview

A Leading Pensions Solutions firm is looking for a flexible Senior Administrator to work within a team of pension and events specialists to deliver a high-quality service for new and existing clients. This varied role will see you working closely across all teams, undertaking assigned work and adhering to standards, using best practices, project criteria and audit requirements. Key accountabilities: - Analysis and interpretation of scheme rules and actuarial instructions; Identify process improvement opportunities and support senior staff with implementation of them; Training, coaching and supporting junior members of the team; To peer review and ensure own work is peer reviewed as appropriate; Supports with resolution of errors and omissions and implement corrective and preventative procedures; Takes ownership of service delivery to assigned clients; Maintains up to date procedure guides/checklists and highlight enhancements and improvement opportunities; Attend client meetings as a project representative as requested; Act as a subject matter expert regarding administrative procedures and helps to resolve problems of a complex nature; Seek opportunities to develop and improve the service delivery for both existing and prospective clients You’ll need a positive, flexible attitude to meet the needs of this role. Organised, meticulous and professional with strong communication skills are just some of the key skills, others include; Ability to use initiative, work productively as a team member whilst taking ownership for quality of own work Form good working relationships out of acceptance, cooperation, and mutual respect The ability to manage project delivery Previous experience working in DB, CARE and DC Pension including relevant legislations is a MUST as is an understanding of payroll processes; Experience of working in a project team would also be of particular interest.
