We are currently looking for a number of experienced ‘order processor’ staff to join our client on a permanent basis. Key duties: Ensure all work orders are completed within the company guidelines Achieving maximum customer satisfaction to ensure repeat business Liaising with internal departments to answer all customer queries and update them accordingly Invoicing in line with account requirements Attending regular service reviews Other ad-hoc duties as required Person spec: Experience within a similar role is desired Excellent analytical/problem solving skills Experience working to targets/deadlines Excellent communication skills Natural relationship builder Committed, hard worker We look forward to receiving your application Established in 1995, Osborne Appointments is an independently owned recruitment agency specialising in the supply of temporary, contract and permanent placements.
