Overview
Unusual opportunity for an associate to join a highly regarded web-based legal and compliance product and specialise in market restrictions. THE ROLE Working closely with other lawyers in the team and external counsel, the role involves updating existing legal content, analysing opinions, summarising key legal issues, liaising with clients and commissioning content in different jurisdictions SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE This role could suit an associate (c2-5pqe) with a good academic background and international financial regulatory experience, preferably gained in a top tier private practice environment. Experience of working with financial services and asset management clients is highly desirable. You should have strong analytical and drafting skills and a pro-active approach.
