Overview
You will be responsible for the effective management of pharmacy colleagues, liaising with the Pharmacist to ensure the Pharmacy Team delivers a safe and efficient service and the best care for our patients by driving performance of colleagues and setting appropriate objectives. In addition to overseeing all day-to-day pharmacy operations, pharmacy managers work full-time hours during all shifts. Infrequently, pharmacy managers travel to pick up inventory items and must be on-call to handle pharmacy emergencies and advise patients. Non-Pharmacist Pharmacy Manager Skills and Qualifications: Pharmacy managers are highly organized professionals with leadership and listening skills. They display compassion and patience for all pharmacy customers.
