The role: Our client is looking for an ambitious graduate who wants a high earning career in a business which prioritises growth and personal development. As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you will be providing recruitment solutions and career support for professionals at entry level through to board across the globe. This is a 360 recruitment role which means that you will be responsible for both clients and candidates. The nature of the role will expose you to; lead generation, candidate management, business development and account management.
