Desktop Engineer, Desktop Support Analyst, 2nd Line Support, Deployment Engineer based Portsmouth, 6 months contract, £110 per day. Must possess driving licence and car (mileage and parking paid). Ltd company or umbrella. Job Details We have a great opportunity - 6 months initially - to work as a Desktop Support Engineer, supporting a large user base up to 2nd line, performing a multitude of different duties: desktop support, office moves, break/fix, build, installation & deployment services. As well as working with a large user base, you will also be interacting with other engineers & managers on a regular basis, so strong communication and excellent customer service skills are required. Full instructions will be provided. Requirements Commercial experience in a Microsoft environment Desktop Support experience Basic networking knowledge Excellent customer facing skills Must possess driving licence and car.
