Property Claims Operations and Business Support We are currently working with a leading insurer based in Ipswich who are looking to strengthen their property claims division by appointing an Operations and Business Support Lead. You will be responsible for leading and coordinating critical claims operational activities within the UK Property claims team. The role includes Accountability for implementation of strategic and local initiatives through effective stakeholder and project management. Working with the Regional Operations Lead and the Head or Property Claims - UK, the role will play a pivotal part in the day to day operations and continuous improvement agenda of the UK Property Claims Team. The Lead will collaborate with stakeholders across the region in order to improve engagement and to best advance the local and regional team business objectives. To be considered for the role you must have: Project/change management experience. Excellent excel and data analysis skills. Property claims experience desirable.
