Overview
FP & A Manager required for a SME manufacturing business based in Solihull. Your new company We are currently working with a high growth and acquisitive manufacturing company based in Solihull. Your new role We are currently recruiting for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to lead a team of 4 for a manufacturing company based in Solihull. This is a pivotal role reporting into the Finance Director and will transcend finance with the management team. Key duties will be to manage the budget process including P & L, balance sheet and cash flow. You will be responsible for managing the budget timetable. You will also own the rolling 12 month forecasting process and monitor KPIs including variances to budget new contract wins, margins and costs. The company are very acquisitive so some exposure to M and A and due diligence would be beneficial. The role sits closely with key stakeholders across the business so excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a given. What you'll need to succeed You will be a Qualified Accountant with a proven track record working in FP & A commercial finance roles. Proven track record of managing a team and business partnering across multi specialisms. What you'll get in return A great opportunity to join a progressive company.
