Overview
PA/ Financial Planning Administrator Location: Solihull Salary £23,000-£30,000 Our Client offer a boutique Wealth Management service and provide bespoke financial solutions to High Net Worth individuals and businesses. A rare and exciting opportunity is now available for a highly professional and experienced Personal Assistant/Financial Planning Administrator to join a growing and dynamic business. Working directly for the Office Manager the successful candidate will need to have previous experience of working in a fast paced environment. You will also have the ability to be able to multi-task a number of responsibilities. As a calm individual who takes pride in your output of work, daily duties will be varied and demanding consisting of; Extensive liaison with the MD's High Net Worth Clients - taking and dealing with telephone messages / answer queries when possible Full diary Management Processing new Business Liaising with providers, and 3rd parties Organising company events, seminars and conferences Creating valuations, agendas and reports for review meetings Annual and Quarterly fund research Experience of Intelligent office would be desirable The successful candidate will need to have previous experience working as a PA/ Administrator - preferably within a financial services or a professional environment. You should have solid communication and articulation skills as well as the ability to multi-task. You will need to be highly motivated and enjoy the challenge of a diverse role whilst having an eye for detail It is also essential that the successful candidate is a team player, committed to the company, has a flexible and thorough approach with the ability to priorities their work.
