Chef de Partie required for a Fresh food Gastro Pub in the Ambleside area. Salary is £22,000 - £24,000, Assistance with accommodation . This Gastro Pub is serving fantastic dishes using fresh produce. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie. The role: As a Chef de Partie you will manage a section within the kitchen. You will ensure everything within the section runs smoothly and that the dishes being produced to a high level. This role will include all of the normal Chef de Partie duties. Experience: We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Chef de Partie with experience as a Chef de Partie or a Demi Chef de Partie looking for more responsibility and a step up. We are looking for a Chef with a desire to work with fresh local produce and deliver a high standard of food & service.
