Job Title: Home based mortgage broker Location: Crawley Bryn McMillan Consulting Vacancy Ref: S263039MBMC Remuneration: £50,000 - £70,000 Overview: A fantastic opportunity for an experienced mortgage and protection broker to work from home dealing with pre-booked appointments via a national well-known estate agency. Main Duties: Working from home you will be required to cover the Crawley, Horsham, Gatwick, Bognor Regis, Worthing and Portsmouth areas, you will deal with 7 - 9 pre booked appointments per week. Our client has an excellent working relationship with one of the UK’s best-known estate agency. Leads are referred from the estate agency to a telemarketing team who will qualify the enquiry and book the clients into your diary. You will then contact the client to carry out an initial assessment before offering whole of market mortgage and protection advice either over the telephone or face to face. The majority of the appointments will be conducted over the telephone, however the face to face option is available and recommended. You will receive 7 - 9 pre booked appointments per week with an average case size of £1500 where you will receive approx. 50% and the average sign up ratio will allow you to bank £3,000 per week. You will be required to cover the Surrey and Hampshire areas. Key Skills: Previous mortgage and protection broker experience is essential along with the discipline to work from home.
