Overview
A global leader within tax is looking for to add an Assistant Manager to their world renowned transaction team. Working alongside world's largest corporate and private equity clients and with clients of all sizes in all industries, working closely with the incredibly strong network of Transaction Tax teams around the world, as well as specifically focusing on the areas of the M&A market that are developing. To hit the ground running in this dynamic and fast moving environment you will be expected to have solid corporate tax experience, be fully qualified and have an entrepreneurial flair. You will be expected to be confident at building on and maintaining tax relationships with clients reflecting the client service levels this Firm has come to be known for. You will quickly get involved in client facing, technical and challenging tax planning, both domestically and internationally.
